Acaba de ser lançado o volume 44, número 3, da revista Learning, Media and Technology, LMT, organizado por Michael Gallagher e Jeremy Knox com o título Global Technologies, Local Practices.

O número contém 11 artigos escritos por autores baseados, predominantemente, no “Sul global”, conforme a proposta da chamada original lançada em 2018. Eis o sumário:

Acabo de baixar os artigos para ler nos próximos dias (infelizmente, a LMT é paga – e muito bem pagam, por sinal) – a revista está catalogada no Portal de Periódicos da CAPES, mas o acesso depende de assinatura. Tentarei postar resumos curtos aqui.

Alguns dos artigos prometem discutir assuntos que têm estado “no radar” do DEdTEc – novas formas de colonialismo no universo da Educação Aberta e, sobretudo, a partir de processos de datificação, e teorização feminista – mas todos, sem exceção, representam visões periféricas da Educação e Tecnologia.
